The Day-Of
You’ve booked all of your vendors but you need a coordinator to run the entire wedding day. Two months out to your wedding day, we will build out your timeline, create the floorplans, coordinator and confirm logistics with your vendors. Let’s not have your Aunt Sally coordinate your wedding day, because she too, needs to dance it up on the dance floor.
WHAT’S INCLUDED

Pre-Wedding
-Two scheduled mettings to discuss all of your wedding details starting 2 months out to your wedding.
-Unlimited email correspondence the moment you book.
-Supply any needed wedding vendor recommendations.
-Create your wedding day timeline
-Generate floorplans for all wedding location elements
-Confirm details and timelines with all vendors
-Facilitate ceremony rehearsal
-and the list goes on
Day of Wedding
-Lead coordinator and one assistant to be onsite for 12 hours.
-Guide all scheduled events and manage timeline.
-Acting as main point of contact for all vendors onsite
-Have bridal kit available for any emergencies
-Oversee set up of ceremony and reception site, including set up of personal decor.
-Assist the wedding party and guests as needed
-Address and resolve any hiccups as they arise
-Collect gifts and marriage license to be placed in a designated safe place.

THE PROCESS
It’s Official
I’m your wedding coordinator and so excited to create your wedding day! After the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, we will have our first kick off meeting to talk all the wedding planning deets. You will share your likes/dislikes for the wedding.
Planning
We will meet five different times to check in for the wedding planning process. I will find the vendors that fit your budget and vision, create your personalized wedding budget, construct your wedding day run of show, and more.
Let’s Party
The day we have been waiting for! While you are getting ready, I will be setting up the wedding spaces and prepping. Your jaw will drop when you see the space transform to exactly what you were imagining! It’s a pretty fun time.
