We’ll step in to manage logistics, coordinate with your vendor team, and create a custom design deck that ties it all together with intention and edge. You stay in control — we make it look effortless.

Pre-Wedding

-Five scheduled consultations to discuss all of your wedding details, beginning when you book

-Provide a wedding design deck that will include real life rental mockups

-Generate floorplans for all wedding location elements
-Confirm details and timelines with all vendors
-Facilitate ceremony rehearsal

Day of Wedding
-Lead coordinator and one assistant onsite
-Guide all scheduled events and manage timeline.
-Acting as main point of contact for all vendors onsite
-Have bridal kit available for any emergencies
-Oversee set up of ceremony and reception site, including set up of personal decor.
-Assist the wedding party and guests as needed
-Address and resolve any hiccups as they arise
-Collect gifts and marriage license to be placed in a designated safe place.

THE PROCESS
It’s Official
I’m your wedding planner and so excited to create your wedding day! After the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, we will have our first kick off meeting to talk all the wedding planning deets. You will share your likes/dislikes for the wedding.
Planning
We will meet five different times to check in for the wedding planning process. I will find the vendors that fit your budget and vision, create your personalized wedding budget, construct your wedding day run of show, and more.
Let’s Party
The day we have been waiting for! While you are getting ready, I will be setting up the wedding spaces and prepping. Your jaw will drop when you see the space transform to exactly what you were imagining! It’s a pretty fun time.
