Pre-Wedding
-Access to our wedding online planning portal
-Hotel block coordination
-Unlimited scheduled consultations to discuss all of your wedding details, starting when you book
-Research venues based on your vision
-Source vendors that will be your dream team and fit your vibe
-Create your wedding design deck, that includes inspiration and real life rental mockups.
-Manage contracts, payments, and timelines for each vendor
-Communication and coordination with all vendors from start to finish
-Create a detailed wedding day timeline
-Assist with managing the guest list, including tracking RSVP’s and meal preferences
-Generate floorplans for all areas of the wedding

Day of Wedding
-Lead coordinator and two assistants to be onsite.
-Guide all scheduled events and manage timeline.
-Acting as main point of contact for all vendors onsite
-Have bridal kit available for any emergencies
-Oversee set up of ceremony and reception site, including set up of personal decor.
-Assist the wedding party and guests as needed
-Address and resolve any hiccups as they arise
-Collect gifts and marriage license to be placed in a designated safe place.
